Had an awesome weekend with friends at the retreat! We took part in self-reiki sessions and yoga that truly helped us connect. Plus, the outdoor activities were a blast, and the healthy meals were just what we needed. The facilities were great for unwinding after our busy days exploring and enjoying treatments.
One downside was the noise from a wedding next door, which made it hard to find peace when we were trying to relax.

The facilities at Champneys Springs were impressive, with a lovely swimming pool perfect for relaxation. I particularly appreciated the efficiency of the staff, who were responsive to my business needs and assisted in my equipment setup for presentations. The ambiance of the relaxation areas was conducive to unwinding after a long day of work.
The dining experience was lacking, with limited options and slow service.

A Relaxing Experience With Room for Improvement
Our stay was enjoyable with serene spa treatments and friendly staff. The healthy cuisine at lunch made us feel revitalized, especially the fresh salads bursting with flavor.

The gym displays a fresh, renovated look that sets a slightly elevated standard compared to other areas.
The decor throughout the hotel appears tired and could definitely use a serious facelift. My ground floor room suffered from poor insulation, resulting in disruptive noise from above, and the heating was a hassle—first, it didn't work, then it ran too hot in the new room, keeping me awake. the dining experience felt underwhelming as the evening meal bookings were confusing, and I found myself missing information about dining hours and treatments typically provided at check-in. the cleanliness of the areas around the patio raised some eyebrows with litter and cigarette ends visible, not exactly the refreshing vibe one might expect from a spa.

The stay was quite disappointing overall. We encountered a problem with the bed arrangement in the room, which was uncomfortable and led to a bad night's sleep. there were strong unpleasant odors that weren't addressed during our visit. the tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch, and the quiet location provided some solace amid the issues we faced.

The hotel offers a lovely setting with a pleasant room featuring charming French doors that open into a peaceful garden. The staff provided an excellent take-out breakfast, including vegan options, which was a thoughtful touch. the experience was marred by the frequent tripping of electrical circuits in the room, making it difficult to use the bathroom and forcing me to use the pool area showers. the gym and spa facilities, although appealing, were not utilized during my brief stay.
